While the information on the news has not been all that great in recent months, the OmniSource employment rolls continue to increase. This fall we are seeing a good revival of our normal seasonal business with a number of new customers coming on line. The new customers are affiliated with large manufacturing and distribution companies that are scheduled to grow into 2012.

The biggest challenges that we are seeing in the current business environment are increases in SUTA taxes because the state funds have been exaughsted and the benefits continue to be extended. Additionally, WC insurances are on the rise accross the board. The insurance companies are not making money in the markets, so they are increasing premiums.
