In addition to the standard newspapers and local publications, OmniSource will use local recruiting to find our employees at organizations such as colleges, technical schools, churches, associations, other community outreach programs, and in house job fairs.

Once a potential employee is identified. OmniSource will conduct the appropriate screening, evaluations and training based upon the in-house criteria as well as the necessary customer and job requirements. Typical screenings include: drug testing, background checks, reference checks, education verification, and verification of certificates. Additional screening programs can be customized to fit the customer's requirements.
Evaluations are designed to measure the effectiveness of the candidates. OmniSource uses an extensive testing network to evaluate candidates in the areas of skill proficiencies, aptitude, attitude, honesty and integrity.
